Hosted Solutions was formed in June of 2001 by Rich Lee.

We opened our doors for the sole purpose of providing our clients the most robust platform and reliable menu of end-to-end IT services possible.

We grew the business in a very controlled, strategic way — never getting out ahead and taking on more than we could handle.

With an intense focus on execution, and delivering Hi-Touch service, we quickly developed a reputation as the "go to" provider for complex, enterprise-level hosting solutions.

Today we have five SAS-70 Type II certified enterprise-class data centers in Boston, Charlotte (2) and Raleigh (2).

We are proud to serve nearly 1,000 clients across the country ranging from SMEs to Fortune 100 companies, including some of the biggest names in retail, healthcare, technology and financial services.

In April 2008, we were acquired by Boston-based private equity firm ABRY Partners for $144 million.
