Always-on Support

Our centralized support team has you covered at all times. We have a three-tier support model in place that provides you with comprehensive incident management and resolution. Based in our state-of-the-art NOC, our support team includes engineers that specialize in security, network, facilities, support engineers process, compliance and installation.

• The first tier is responsible for event and ticket handling, as well as routine requests.
• Our second tier consists of subject matter experts organized by discipline; including Network, Storage, Virtualization, Windows, Linux, Applications and Database administration.
• The most complicated issues or requests can be escalated to a third tier of senior engineers and architects.
