Hosted Solutions announces the expansion of the Raleigh data center facility to meet growing demand for its data center and managed services in the Raleigh market.

Raleigh, NC- July 25, 2007 - Hosted Solutions, the East Coast’s leading data center and managed services provider, announces today a data center expansion that will add an additional 17,000 square feet of space to its Raleigh data center facility, making it the South’s preeminent data center facility. The expansion will bring the total size of Hosted Solutions Raleigh data center to approximately 31,000 square feet; making it one of the premier technology facilities in the Eastern United States, offering state-of-the-art data center facilities for mission critical computing and network infrastructure.

Hosted Solutions is moving forward with the expansion to accommodate the rapidly growing demand for high-quality data center and managed services in the North Carolina and surrounding markets. With this addition, the Hosted Solutions’ Raleigh location will expand its hardened raised floor operations making it one of the largest data center facilities in the region. The largest portion of the expansion will include a new state of the art Network Operations Center. The new NOC will feature stadium seating, a multimedia wall for redundant monitoring, and will serve as Hosted Solutions’ primary centralized NOC.

The expansion will also feature dedicated conference rooms and a second floor mezzanine. The conference rooms and mezzanine area will have full view of the facility without exposing the human element to the actual data center environment. This allows for an additional level of security while viewing the facility, and an optimal infrastructure environment.

Part of the addition also features a unique staging area. Hosted Solutions customers will be able to import, build, and test their server environments in a developmental setting. The area will feature personal communications connections, and will allow the clients to properly test and configure their array before housing them in their cabinets.

Another exclusive feature of the expansion are Hosted Solutions disaster recovery suites. The suites are complete work areas for customers to relocate their operation should their office be offline. The suites vary in size from 250 square feet to 1,000 square feet and have access to conference room facilities making business continuity seamless. The disaster recovery suites are also provided with direct access to their environments via an enhanced security area, giving Hosted Solutions’ clients an extra sense of security in a time of disarray.
