Mover & Shakers

Mover & Shakers

Hosted Solutions, the East Coast’s premier provider of IT Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), announced today that Josh Wolff, Regional Manager for the Charlotte market, has been named a 2009 “Mover & Shaker" by Business Leader magazine.

The award, which honors business leaders in the Charlotte community, is given to rising leaders within companies with more than 100 employees or C-level executives/partners leading rising companies with fewer than 100 employees.

Wolff was selected based on his significant contribution to both Hosted Solutions and the Charlotte business market.   Since joining Hosted Solutions in 2005, Wolff has increased revenue in his region by more than 400 percent, focusing on the delivery of the full range of Hosted Solutions’ “Hi-Touch” consultative offerings, such as applications hosting, managed storage and security services and more, to mid-sized and large companies in key vertical markets, such as financial services, healthcare and retail.  Under Wolff’s leadership, Hosted Solutions has gained numerous large accounts throughout the Southeast and beyond, and has developed a reputation as a trusted market leader, delivering complex enterprise solutions.

“This is a tremendous honor,” said Wolff.  “Charlotte is such a vibrant business community - it’s easy to do well in such a great environment.   I’m incredibly proud of how much we’ve grown the Hosted Solutions brand in Charlotte and the fact that we support some of the biggest names in the region – Lance, Belk, Speedway Motor Sports /Lowe’s Motor Speedway, Ashley Furniture, Atlanta Falcons and several others.   I look forward to much continued success ahead – growing our business and supporting our esteemed partners.”

Wolff is the founder and current President of the SaaS User Group, a nationwide organization for Software as a Service (SaaS) providers and vendors.  Wolff spearheaded the development of the group in 2007; since then, it has grown to include some of the most prominent names in the industry.  Today, the SaaS User Group has more than 600 members from coast to coast, and is nationally recognized for its thought leadership.

Wolff is an active supporter of the Charlotte community, as well.  He’s volunteered his time with the MS Society by promoting and participating in multiple events throughout the years.  He and his wife, Kelly, have participated in annual fundraising efforts for the Juvenile Diabetes foundation, and the Songs for Kids Foundation.
