Hosted Solutions Hi-Touch Monitoring service provides just that, offering a detailed view of all network components. With Hi-Touch Monitoring, you have access to monitoring, alert and notification services for both Hosted Solutions dedicated equipment and customer-owned equipment. It includes 24/7 monitoring for customer systems colocated in a Hosted Solutions data center.

All monitor alarms for monitored devices can be viewed from the Hosted Solutions Portal, allowing you to identify usage trends, diagnose bottlenecks and plan for long-term systems changes and upgrades.

We offer two levels of monitoring service — basic and premier.

Basic Service

Hi-Touch Monitoring — Standard Service provides agentless monitoring using ICMP/Ping monitoring. Objects typically monitored include servers, network devices or web content.

Premier Service

Hi-Touch Monitoring — Premier Service delivers a comprehensive level of monitoring using a combination of network and SNMP monitoring of the operating system. Service and content check monitoring is performed with this service.
